FiberFed SIP Trunking connects your existing PBX to the public phone network over your FiberFed circuit. It replaces PRIs, analog lines and other SIP trunks, with voice and internet from one provider and one support team.

Who it suits

Common questions
Do I need FiberFed internet too?
Yes. SIP Trunking is an add-on to a FiberFed service such as Dedicated Internet Access or Carrier Ethernet.
Can I bring my own carrier or trunks?
Not on a standard order. FiberFed delivers voice as the carrier and does not run it over trunks or 911 routing bought elsewhere.
How does 911 work?
Emergency calls are routed using the location registered for each emergency calling number. It must be accurate and kept up to date. Section 3 of the Voice Services Rider sets out the limits and what you need to do.
Will my alarm panel, fax or card terminal work?
FiberFed does not certify or support those devices over voice service. Check each one with its vendor, and keep another connection where its function requires one.
